1. Data Collection

We collect name, phone, and email for the sole purpose of booking jet ski rentals. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

2. SMS Policy (TCPA)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS regarding your reservation. Message frequency varies. Text STOP to cancel at any time.

3. Florida Boating Law

Operators born on or after January 1, 1988, must provide proof of a Boating Safety Education ID. We are required by Florida law to verify this before launch.
